It's sad to say that this place sucks when it comes to the water service... The lot rent here is high as it is and every year goes up, but then there's always an issue with the water. They basically cut the water service off early morning and you won't have water til late afternoon and this been going on and on for years and years and it's almost an everyday thing. Is ridiculous, out of the 365 calendar days at least 240 you're without water for the entire day! Update: It’s 2025 and still with the constant water shut off…. F... read more
I have lived in riverbay for over 30 years couldn't imagine living anywhere else
Besides home they have a pool , a park and a river to go fishing
