Ken was so amazing, making sure my son and I were back on the road the next day. He showed us what was wrong and ordered the parts. He even took and dropped us at the hotel to stay for the night. Ken, I want to thank you so much for the amazing service and making sure we're safe and back on the road.
I don’t typically write reviews but the quality of service I received at NAPA River Auto Care was outstanding. Ken was able to take my car right away and diagnosed the problem quickly. I highly recommend NAPARiver Auto Care if you are in need of service or repair when in Green River Utah.
Had car issues traveling through Utah at Loves travel and called up River Auto Care for some help. He figured out the issue and made it so we could get back on the road. Great service! Wish we lived closer because he might know a thing or two about cars.
Solenoid starting going out 60 miles out of town a few weeks ago. Ken was able to order the part and have it delivered overnight and had me back on the road the next day. Everyone I talked to was very friendly.
We needed a new engine put in our car. It was a big job! We were given an accurate estimate and timeline and were kept up to date with the progress. We were entirely satisfied with the work and would use Napa again in the future!
