I only had the opportunity to use this vet service a couple of times. Once for my yearly shots, and once for my horse to be dispatched after a catastrophic accident in the field overnight. I have never met her, nor probably will, but all I can tell you is she did everything possible to make my horse comfortable, so he didn't feel a thing.
