Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is horrible. The staff was rude and coldhearted. They didn't care about the patient or the family. It was the worst experience I have ever had. They don't even deserve one star. The service was well below a ZERO STAR!!!

This is an institution, the play it up and make it seem like your child is in great hands and they are going to take care of all your needs!!! Do not leave your child here!! I was never able to get the doctor on the phone, called everyday, my daily calls that were allowed were always cut short and never the full time, and then upon discharge we were cut off cold turkey, no follow up, and no appointment available with their doctors there for 2-3 months. This was such an amazing institution. They handled my needs, and they give you great skills. It's been a couple years since I graduated, but it was truly an honorable experience, and I felt loved. They catered to me so much, and they give treatment differently, to be sure to make it effective for everyone. I love the program, and the people. I felt so comfortable.
