Worse service ever. Never go there to buy or service your vehicles . Higly not recommended
And the service department is an absolute disaster. The latest incident: my seat belt broke, and I had to wait over a month just to get an appointment. I arrive, wait for three hours, and they hand me the keys saying everything is fixed. But no — after three hours I realized they didn’t repair it at all. Extremely disappointed with the service. I brought my car in again to fix the belt — this is the second time for the same issue — and they still didn’t repair it. The belt originally broke an hour after I called last week to confirm they had the part, but it’s obvious they never ordered it. Yesterday, they just “untangled” the belt and sent us home, even though this is the third time they give us that excuse instead of replacing the broken piece.
