Ordered tie down kit for an Indian Roadmaster and they sent bolts that were too short. When I emailed Rivco for a solution they instructed me to send back the short bolts. (Like they didn't believe me) or go to the hardware store and buy longer bolts. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. This is what CS has become. I encourage you to take your business elsewhere. Rivco only cares about the sale and not the fitment.
I wanna say I’ve ordered from many different companies and this is by far the worst one I have ever seen , I ordered a product in may of 2024 , they kept putting it on back order and I was ok with that til it got to December then I eventually asked for a refund . They told me in late December that they would refund me , they never did , so I contacted them back they told me the same thing , and still never got my refund , the 3rd time I contacted them in March 2025 they said that they were gonna send out a check I waited 3 w... read more
Rivco unfortunately seems to offer their warranty in name only. In early October I purchased a set of driving lights for my Honda Goldwing, which shipped quickly and I installed them almost immediately. Everything was fine until the first cold day of the season, when I woke up and found that one of the lights was cracked and not functioning.
