My Insurance Company advised us to get 3 estimates for repairs on my grand-daughters car. We took it to Rivas for an estimate and he refused to do it without the claim number. Nobody elsed asked us for the claim number just the name of the insurance. When I explained this to him he proceeded to tell me that that's not how it's done anymore. He couldn't do the estimate without the claim number. YES I argued with him. He was not the owner. He just wanted to insure that we used him. All I needed was an estimate!! Bottom line.
