I was told that it would take two weeks or less to complete my truck. It took a full three weeks. They screwed up the paint job and blamed the insurance company. The insurance company has nothing to do with selecting or painting the vehicle. They are typical cowards, rude on the phone and hid when I showed up to get my truck and had the secretary give me the keys.
Rivas is the best place!! Very nice and friendly, vehicle fixed super great. Only place I go from now on.
I want to be honest and say there was a hiccup in my experience but I give a 5 because of how the responded to the situation. They were most kind and their treatment of me was appreciated in correcting the situation. They even still give out little car bags full of items it was very nostalgic and appreciated.
