I'm so pleased . I have a new car . And it all thanks to Mr. Stanley, he was very patient and explained the process of car buying and presented me with one of the best deals offered by Buick. Find another service department! This is the abbreviated version. In my initial request for a service appointment, I was greeted by the most unpleasant Rivard rep (Tonya). After 3 weeks of waiting, I finally dropped off my car to their chaotic, unorganized service department. Given a filthy loaner vehicle with no gas. Went through my list of issues with my 2024 Envista with service rep Samantha, showing videos and dates of many issues. Rude and unhelpful staff. They dont call back when they say they will. You are not their priority. They already got your money from buying the car. Horrible first time experience buying a brand new car and 1 month later the AC is out. They could care less about making things right. Never buying a Buick again and will tell everyone I know to go else where. Even the sales experience was awful. I was and have never been made a priority here. So upset that i have to deal with this place for a while longer.
Best service staff! For a family owned business, packed all the time, under pressure all the time…these amazing people pull their best foot forward, never fold and always with a smile! I will take all of my personal and professional livery(limo) service vehicles to no one but them, PEROD! It all begins with the leader of the pack, Rick, Troy, Samantha, April, Logan, Enzo, Mike and all the additional personnel in the service, parts and mechanic departments…absolutely a joy to work with and 100000% recommend! Keep it up guys!!
