This was my second try with hearing aids and my experience with RHC was great. They have worked great from day one. I have had minimum need for adjustments but when I did they worked fine. I wear them everyday unless I am working outside in the rain and they work so well I forget to remove them when I get in the shower about 75% of the time. Dawn is great at what she does even with hard headed people like myself. She has patience with Me as I've had a hard time with hearing and adjusting to using something that is foreign to me. Thanks for adjusting my hearing aids multiple times and being available to help me with questions and issues !
