Absolutely terrible ordering experience online! How on earth does it take this company over a week to even get a shipment out? Ridiculous and unprofessional. All items were stocked and only then when I sent an email, I finally get a response and they start the processing. What is this? They only start working on your orders when you email them or call them? Terrible.
Kind and patient staff. They were attentive to all my questions about the different gloves available, as well as hand wraps. They also gave me a lot of space and time to figure out which gloves I liked best, with no pressure. Perfect customer service. Check the store out, they have everything you need. Thank you again.
