Heard only good things about riva but I didn’t have the best experience. I ordered the BOV kit for my FX Svho and this kit did not fit my Waverunner. Had numerous different mechanics look at it and they all said the same thing it’s too short. Riva assured me it wasn’t and they make thousands of them all the same length. Ended up ordering the fizzle kit and it fit perfectly. Sucks having to eat $500 for this kit when it never fit to begin with… a refund would be nice.
Do not buy here Do not service here They dont owner warranty. Theu find excuses. The water checked my ski. I took it out on the water and water got in the engine. It was the first time I took it out after water test. 10k damage and they wont fix it
Completely disappointed! I sent an email on March 6, 2026, to inquire about the shipping cost for four Riva Vector life jackets, and today, March 10, 2026, they haven't replied. I see other reviews mentioning the same issue: no emails answered, or the process is incredibly slow. They reply to reviews saying they regret what happened and that they will improve, but apparently, improvement isn't on their radar right now! Riva makes great quality products. Very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I gave them four stars instead of five because the installation instructions are horrible. I can’t help but wonder if anybody At Riva has actually done the job based on their installation instructions.
