I specifically ordered UPS Worldwide Saver (1–3 day air shipping) because I needed this tuner for the weekend — the last warm weekend of the year and basically my last ride of the season. I even stated that urgency when placing the order. Instead, their shipping department sent it the cheapest way possible (UPS Standard Ground, 1–7 days). Probably the slowest shipper I have ever encountered in my existence you order a outboard exhaust for a Sea-Doo they tell you end of August, then middle of September and then still a couple of days to ship it out lol you would think that they would put the customer first to get them their part after they’ve been waiting since the beginning of August but I guess not
I had contacted Riva racing fro some Tech info and a Young mans (David M) assisted me through Phone, since I was speaking from overseas (Brazil). It is kind of unusual to be assisted in such a professional way theses days by the phone. So I decided to write this to encourage Riva to invest in people Like Mr David who was very patient and helpfull at t he phone with all the info I needed!!! Congrats Riva for have such a nice assistance Like I had from Mr David today!!
