I had contacted Riva racing fro some Tech info and a Young mans (David M) assisted me through Phone, since I was speaking from overseas (Brazil). It is kind of unusual to be assisted in such a professional way theses days by the phone. So I decided to write this to encourage Riva to invest in people Like Mr David who was very patient and helpfull at t he phone with all the info I needed!!! Congrats Riva for have such a nice assistance Like I had from Mr David today!!
Communication at its worst!! They don't call you back and you have to do the follow ups on parts already purchased. Staff seem to have attitudes like if something is owed to them…Might as well shut the whole place down running it in that manner saying it from a business owner perspective as I would be ashamed to run a business in that manner.
Very mixed feeling about my experience with Riva especially with Jennifer. At first things were good however recently very difficult to get in contact with and minimal communication. Parts are good and work well. Brian the tech guy is awesome! If there was better communication I would do more business there but now starting to look at other options. Could really be so much better if they understood that customer service is the cornerstone for success.
This is my second time ordering Riva Racing parts for my jetski, the Riva brand which is top notch among all jetski tuners with quality that can also surpass the OEM parts let alone the competition. Apart from this, the whole selection to ordering process was made very easy by David Mackert considering I had a lot of parts ordered. The attentiveness, explanations, and recommendations were are handled by David with a lot of consideration. I felt very comfortable dealing with him.
I start buying all my parts from Riva racing And it’s been a blessed for me for the last five years. I’m buying all my parts for my yamaha fx and my machine is performance. Amazing on the stage 3 And now working on the stage 4 thanks to David mackert. My favorite seller person, and the map tuner Expert Brian Rosencrantz these people are amazing.
