Riva makes great quality products. Very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I gave them four stars instead of five because the installation instructions are horrible. I can’t help but wonder if anybody At Riva has actually done the job based on their installation instructions.
I had a slight issue with shipping on my order, but the team at Riva Racing handled it quickly and professionally. Their customer service went above and beyond to make things right, and I really appreciated how responsive they were throughout the process. Everything was resolved smoothly, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again—highly recommend!
I specifically ordered UPS Worldwide Saver (1–3 day air shipping) because I needed this tuner for the weekend — the last warm weekend of the year and basically my last ride of the season. I even stated that urgency when placing the order. Instead, their shipping department sent it the cheapest way possible (UPS Standard Ground, 1–7 days).
