- Dr. Branch seemed nice enough, however, the visit didn't go very well. My check up was for breast pain and lumps in my breast. When Dr. Riva conducted the physical exam, she said she felt no lumps, which I found odd as I had felt them during a self exam and my PCP confirmed during a visit. As for the breast pain, she suggested primrose supplements and called it a day. - The following week I had a mammogram scheduled, where 2 cysts were found in each breast. Dr. Branch is ONE of ONE. She’s simply the BEST. She is kind, knowledgeable, patient, and I felt safe in her care. She should win physician of the year!! I am grateful that providers like Dr. Branch exist.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Branch. She provides the highest quality of care and is so knowledgeable, while also being a kind and empathetic doctor. I felt safe and heard as one of her patients.
Dr. Riva Branch’s office - whoever answered the phone at 4:14pm on 12/12/2022. Please do yourself a favor and look for another job. You have no business working in customer service with that attitude. The woman I spoke to over the phone is rude and unprofessional. Good luck getting an appointment at this office. I would rather book elsewhere instead of being mistreated by “Ms. Negative Attitude Nancy”
Dr. Branch is simply amazing! Kind, gentle , knowledgeable and knows how to treat women! She was my Surgeon too and everything went GREAT!
