I had brought my boat in for service and was upset at first but when I brought my concerns to Neil, I feel he went above and beyond to remedy the issues. My boat would not start when it was wet after rain but would start 3 days later after it dried out, it was intermittent. I took the boat in the first time and they found water in one of the connectors, so they cleaned it out and sealed the connector. Riva motorsports and marine has grown into a marine sale superstore. If you go, you must deal with Jose Mir, nice, knowledgeable, honest, and just a good guy that works with you to get you the deal you need.
My experience at Riva was straight and honest. Jose who sold me the bike is a very knowledgable and down to earth dude. Jenna who took care of the finance portion was patient and easy to talk to. I would do business again with Riva with out any doubts.
We would like to thank everyone at Riva Motorsports. We had a problem with a new Suzuki motor the week of September 20th. Everyone at Riva was helpful and immediately began to troubleshoot our problem and put us back in the water with minimal delays. They are top notch people there and we appreciate all their help in this difficult situation. Thanks.
I purchase several Jet-Ski's, one at the Miami store and the other at the Key Largo and obviously my 1st experience was good because I came back 3 years later and bought another one in Key Largo. I had an issue last summer with one of my skis and the service department really took care of me. Randy in service was able to get me approved for a replacement part even after my warranty had expire. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
