I’ve tried many companies and never had as good of an experience as this! They responded and had my work done quickly. Never been happier with a service, will definitely be using them again.
Unbelievably unprofessional company. I arranged for an estimate on 1/12/22. The estimator came out and we spoke by phone. He was very polite and I assume took the measurements. I haven’t heard a word back since. He told me it would be about a week to get the estimate and as of 1/30/22, no estimate and no call back. I tried calling their number 3 times, leaving messages each time, and they didn’t have the decency to return one call. Ive made several calls to Riva for a fence project. Once I actually talked to a live person. They apparently don’t need the work because they never got back to me
Nice work could do better on cleanup...
