Beware! This vendor never answers calls, but sends text message responses. I went for a 2 PM appointment today, and she was a no-show. I was warned by other suite occupants in the building that she receives numerous complaints about her business acumen. Additionally, the reviews on Groupon must be fake...then again, you have to actually RECEIVE the service to be able to rate it. It’s not worth the hassle of buying the Groupon, booking the service, only to have to contact Groupon’s customer service to refund your money.

Well to start, they don't answer calls and only answer through texts. This makes communicating difficult. I scheduled an appointment at 11 a.m. on April 3rd, 2019 and they scheduled me. The day before the appointment, they sent a text reminding me to go. They said if I'd like to cancel its $15 but I did not cancel. I showed up at 11 a.m. and the door was locked. I called and they said " oh we didn't think you'd actually come" even though I never cancelled my appointment. I don't understand how a business can make appointment... read more
