Good ol diner with smashburgers! I really enjoy coming here. Although they did put extra things on my burger by accident they were quick to remedy it.

Usually I have a great experience at ritzy’s but this most recent trip was not great. the food was delicious as always, but the customer service was AWFUL. I came in with 5 other people, and the man taking our order was extremely rude. he did not even ask us what we wanted, he instead pointed at us and said nothing and was extremely rude and passive the entire time helping us. my friend did not hear him ask if he wanted bacon on his burger ,and when he did not hear him, the man taking his order shouted at him to get his atte... read more
