Good experience there my only problem was the spa goody bags are falsely advertised didn't get what was pictured on the website
My daughter had her party there last Saturday after having to reschedule because of a blizzard in January. I have to say the staff was very accommodating with the rescheduling, not a problem to re-book at all. The day of the party my daughter and her friends had a great time! The staff there are amazing. They know just how to make the day special for these little girls! So thank you! I would totally recommend this place for a birthday party. I also now found out that they do home parties! This place is such a joke and rip off!!! Don't believe me? See if you can pop in during one of their so called parties!! My niece had her 10th birthday party there. Seemed perfect since she's a little diva. It's such a pathetic excuse of a party. Extremely rushed. They just slap on nail polish on the girls, stick feathers in their hair and dab eye shadow on them like face painting. That's it!! Oh and let them walk the run way (which is like 6ft lol).
