I go to Sugarcreek Ritzman once a month for my medications. I dread it so bad I usually wait till the last possible day to go! She is always super annoyed that I’m there, asks if I have any questions (required to) and yes I do have questions but I feel like if I ask you will bite my head off! I will go online and figure it out myself! Sometime there is a gentleman at the front counter and praise the Lord for him! I will gladly jump to his side. Customer service at the Sugarcreek location is awful! No friendly “hi how are?” Or “can I help you find something?” The girl who had checked me out seemed like it was a hassle for her to even do that. Had they asked if I needed help I would have gotten the correct item I needed that not even an hour later they refused to return. When I asked to exchange it it was “we don’t THINK we can return that.” I’m sorry you should know!! The box was open but the seal was not broken on the inside!
