Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Wonderful and friendly signing the contract.
The builders were extremely patient and helpful with our custom built house. They went well above what was required and for the few minor issues that we had we were able to address them in a timely manner. I would definitely build with them for our next house. Before we built we checked with HSA and there were only two builders in Townsville who didn't have any complaints lodged against them. Ritzco was one. When comparing price Ritzco offered the best value for money.
