I've been going here for years and I really enjoy the staff. They are great at making appointments ahead of time, but they also take walk-ins depending on how busy they are. I will bring in a picture of what I want and not only will they match that, but they'll often improve upon it with little touches that suit my personal preferences. We love to go to the Mexican restaurant next door for lunch and then come here for nails after.

Terrible experience. I went there to get a service done and was waiting my turn when they let someone who arrived after me go ahead of me. I was already on a tight schedule, so this was very frustrating. I found the situation to be very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I ended up going to the nail salon next to McDonald’s instead, where I had a great experience. They got me in right away, and I was in and out quickly. I definitely recommend them over this place.

I’m new to the area and I must say I don’t know what’s up with the customer service out here with these nails salon I walked into 2 nails this one was my second one I stop at first I didn’t get greeted I asked if they had the color pink on my hand right off the lady told me no so I was like so y’all don’t have no pink nail polish at all she proceeded to say these are all the colors we have right here which wasn’t many colors it was the rudeness that I encountered like these people out here have made me make my own decisions ... read more

I give 2 stars bc Jenny is really nice but the man that works at the front desk is rude and yelled at me one of my Nails are not even and when I ask him to fix it he didn’t and made my cuticles bleed. I got a guy that keep on leaving me at my seat then I felt like they kept on talking about me. I got 3 nail techs in like probably 2h Jenny was the last one and she the nicest out of all of them and the guy that sits in the front I asked for water and he said something like if you didn’t talk so much then you would not need it.... read more
