Stopped by here today on my way home for the first time. After experiencing a bad experience at another location so glad i found this place I called and right away they took care of me and offered me a drink. Loved it and the technician was very friendly and did a great job on my pedi!

This was only my 3rd time going to Ritz and I have to say, I’ve found a new nail salon. Friendly, very accommodating, prompt, quiet and peaceful. Just what I’ve been looking for - a calm moment in my very busy life! Thanks Ritz!
I had asked for “dip manicure” and they said that dip manicure is just the base and they put gel on top. Which is not how dip manicures are. My fingers were sensitive to the UV but they refused to believe how “dip manicure” is done and said that’s an old process and I’m wrong. Gel plus dip ends up so chunky. I did not like the service here
