What a professional and friendly driver we had. He was there early enough to provide time for us to get the car seat in, and was so kind as to take photos from our phone (and his, as his quality was better)! The car was very clean, with wifi and nice lighting. We used Ritz for pickup and a ride to a restaurant, with a drop off on the way home as well. Follow up contact was excellent from them all through the process. Absolutely no issues, would highly recommend.
Amazing great good quick service
We had a great experience with Ritz. We had one of the party buses and Jay was our driver. Come pick up time, it was pouring, and Jay did his best to get as close as possible. Communication beforehand was clear with dispatch, Jay sent a text introducing himself and when he arrived. Everything went very smoothly. Would definitely recommend.
