Excellent service by sales staff and installation staff!!! Love the products. Have purchased flooring and blinds and am very happy with both. Highly recommend this company.
I'm not sure how I should answer this. Robin came out promptly to measure our basement, and gave us an estimate within a reasonable length of time, which was great. However, we decided to have Ritz install the carpet on our basement stairs only, and replied to an email from Robin to that effect. Since that time, we have not received any confirmation to follow-up email, phone call, and we went in person to put a deposit on the carpet, which we were told was not necessary.
