I used this company in an emergency, my a/c went out at around 9pm, within 30 minutes Mike, came out and fixed my a/c. The price was very fair, and Mike was extremely nice and understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again Mike!
Ritz is the best HVAC company I have ever used. The customer service is very responsive, the prices are very reasonable and they do not ever try to sell you anything they don’t think you need. If you need a part, they get the lowest price and provide full transparency. Abbas is extremely knowledgeable and has assessed heating and AC problems quickly for me that other companies could not figure out. He is also a very nice and a kind person.
