Haven’t had any issues with Tim’s service until this year due to a missing signature. Unfortunately trying to get him to contact you back is a struggle as well as trying to reach him for any help regarding certain questions that pop up.
Tim has been doing my taxes for years both corporate and personal. I gave him 2 stars because he has screwed up a few years. One year saying I owed over 6 grand only to forget a write-off and after putting it in. I am refunded 2 grand. He does not care about you or your finances / well being. If you use him. Watch out and make sure he does your taxes right.
I am always stressed at tax time but I'm so glad I found this business. Tim is super friendly,explains everything in detail, and answers all my questions. It's always quick ,easy and the price is great.
