I have been going to Ritu’s for over 10 years and I keep coming back because of how efficient Sara and Ritu are with my eyebrows. They are usually very busy, which speaks to the quality of their service and loyalty of their clients. While they are not always available for conversation, that is completely understandable given how busy they are. When they are free, they always provide great advice for beauty (and life)! I appreciate that they stay focused and provide consistently great service every time I visit.
Poor customer service
Been here twice with 2 different eye brow threaders and both times they were so rude and abrupt. Also the threading itself needs improvement too.
Absolutely love coming to Ritu's Hair and Beauty Salon! Ritu and Sara always provide the best service, excellent communication, and truly care for their clients. I never get my brows or hair done anywhere else. I always appreciate Ritu’s honest opinions and helpful suggestions- she always knows what suits you best. I’ve been getting my hair colored here for the past 9 years and have never experienced any damage. Highly recommend this salon!!!! I will be back soon ;)
