Kimberly, Your response makes clear where this salon stands on professionalism. The issue was never about being late it was about how your stylist chose to handle it. Shouting at a client in front of staff and others, in a vulgar and aggressive tone, is never acceptable in any professional setting. Ritual Salon – Santa Rosa, CA I had a 10:00 AM appointment with stylist Ashley Azevedo. I arrived at 10:20 AM, acknowledging I was late, fully prepared to either shorten the service or reschedule. Instead of handling it with professionalism, Ashley shouted at me in front of staff and clients and my Daughter in a vulgar, aggressive, and humiliating way. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ritual Salon for my wedding hair and makeup, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Haley did my makeup along with some of my bridesmaids’, and she was incredible. She created a look that was elegant, natural, and exactly what I envisioned.
