Piercer is really friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is lovely - it’s just appears to be really disorganised. I’ve tried ordering jewellery several times, and for the last year and a half? have been told that it’s on the way multiple times. They’ve had me come into the store multiple times to confirm the pieces I am wanting, and have made a lot of promises - only for it to seemingly not arrive. The only place to go for new piercings! I have been coming to Kel for now my 3rd year, and this lady is a marvel. I have not had one infection or a single issue with any of the 7 piercings I have had from Kel. No question is too much and none too silly to ask. If you're unsure about a new piercing and just need a little extra comfort blanket for the experience, this is the place to go.
