Following a colonoscopy which she preformed, she informed me that I should stop having colonoscopies due to the risk of injury to my intestinal tract. This was her only discussion with me about colonoscopy testing. Except, that she would put notes in my chart with her recommendations, as well as her reasons for the recommendations. However, she added information to my medical reports: that she warned me that the lack of having future colonoscopies could lead to a missed diagnosis of intestinal cancers. Telemed appointment for 9am. Didn't see the Dr. Sachdev until 9:30am. The front office staff was rude, dismissive and unprofessional.
Rita Sadchev lacks empathy and professionalism. I waited over 40 mins for a telemedicine appointment and she never showed up. While I waited she sent a chat telling me to go to the ER if I was in a rush. There should be a way to dispute the services she provides.
This 'individual' should retire. Her lack of empathy and professionalism is appalling. I received more hands on treatment from the practices CRNP than I did for her. She's only interested in conducting telemedicine appointments to provide less than average medical support and to make claims against your insurance. There should be a away to dispute the services she provides.
I had two procedures done May 9. Tissue was removed and biopsied. I have called this office 6 times to obtain the results. I'm waiting to see if I'm ok. I've spoken to several people. I called again this morning and was told that she'd leave another message for the doctor or I can schedule an appt with the nurse practitioner. No one should have to call a doctor's office 6 times for test results. No one should have to make an appointment to receive their results. I'm not sure what happened since COVID but this is crazy. Dr. Sachdev became my replacement gastroenterologist after my old doctor moved his practice to WV. I love her and think that she talks and listens better than my general practitioner.
Dr. Sachdev took the necessary time to get to know me as a new patient. She was pleasant, displayed great concern, took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns for my upcoming procedure. Dr. Sachdev was knowledgeable and trustworthy. She provided detailed information regarding the specifics of my procedure - to include informational pamphlets with information and other resources.
