Very rude receptionist named Denise! Not going back because of her. Should not be in the customer service field. She snapped at me when I asked her questions about a ct scan that was ordered. Can't talk to Dr goel you have to go through her and she's a very NASTY person
She's a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. I enjoyed my visit with her. Highly recommend.
I felt completely dismissed and not taken seriously during the 2 exams I had with Dr. Goel. She had a resident working with her who took my history before meeting with Dr. Goel. The resident explained my symptoms very well and then I was examed by the doctor. She dismissed my symptoms as TMJ and told me to use Flonase after 2 1/2 months of chronic issues. I had an incredibly frustrating experience due to the extremely rude receptionist Denise! From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. Instead of a friendly greeting, I was met with impatience and a dismissive attitude. When I asked simple questions about my appointment, the receptionist was condescending and unhelpful, making me feel like I was inconveniencing her. It's unfortunate because the overall environment seemed nice, but the poor customer service left a bad impression. I hope management addresses this issue.
They live in 1990s it seems. No live customer care number where you can TALK. They're in the voicemail game beware! The lady who leaves voicemail and probably calls you back is SUPER rude with a LOT of attitude. Never got to meet the doctor because of they kept on cancelling my scheduled appointments back to back. Wish I got to see that doctor in time!
