Once again I find I am on hold - 15 minutes and I have little expectation that when I do get through I will get an answer I can feel confidence in. The office staff seem to be trying to discourage me from being a patient with each interaction. Add to it I NEVER get a promised call back. I need to find another doctor as it should be so hard to get a medication that the doctor herself prescribed. Incredibly frustrating and very unprofessional.
Terrific doctor and practice. Really cares about her patients. Staff is a bit undertrained, but that does not take away from the care provided. Marcie, the practice’s dietician, is exceptional.
HORRIBLE Horrible doctor horrible service everything was horrible about this office they left me waiting in the waiting room for over an hour then in the medical examination room they left me for over 45 minutes when I told them I had radiation therapy and I was late for my next appointment They did not care they did not try to see me again or reschedule or help me on my type one diabetic as well as had issues with a thyroid the doctor is horrible horrible
Just like any doctor, go there with a plan. Offers great resources for diabetics.
