I'm not sure how TO GET THROUGH the office TO GET HELP, except to leave this review. The staff has been contacted multiple times... I called 13 times just today alone, but no resolution has been provided so far. We have been seen by Alicia on Jan. 9th. but 24 days later my child still hasn't received the medication due to negligence of Dr. Rittmeyer's Office.
