Rude front desk person. The older lady not the young person. Instead of promoting the rec center and asking if I was a member or wanted to be she was dismissive. I asked if there was a fax machine at the facility. Unbeknownst to her I was also there to inquire about membership for my household. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
