I called two days prior to appointment time and took-off work as last appointments were between 3-5pm. In addition I was required to have a \$50 deposit on a credit card in order to confirm my appointment which would go toward the repair. At 3:35pm on the day of my appointment I received a call that their repairman could not be reached and had not shown-up for previous appointments that day and they recommended I find another repair shop.
