Very poor. My grandmother is disabled and pretty much homeless, living on my couch and all of her belongings in her van. She applied, they took the application fee and will not return phone calls about the status of her application. Neither the management contact for the property or RLJ management.
Do not recommend. My father n law passed in dec and we did a load out of his house after then tried to get ahold of management and couldn't so we could get the rest right after the holidays and they kept the deposit because of it after we finally got ahold of her. The place is nothing but a druggie infested place.
