Front desk workers are so rude and don’t want to help. When I can it’s always short ended answers and they put you on hold without even telling you.
Heidi is one of the kindest souls ever. She stayed behind to help me out even though they were closed. The workers here have always treated us so well. I’ll continue to go to this location as long as I need the services and will always recommend the wonderful people here. Thank you again, Heidi. It’s hard for me to get over there with no car and you truly helped me.
When another wic office told me they couldn't give me an appointment until a few weeks Iwas worried about my baby not having her milk but I called the office on Rittiman Rd they fit me in the schedule that same day they were so polite and I'm so grateful thank you
