The guy at the parts counter is unbelievably slow and from what I saw, hates his life. I would suggest anyone goto a different outlet or a competitor unless you enjoy watching a guy stroll around. Hard to believe but it has gotten worse here, 45 minutes waiting behind the 1 customer as the salesmen wanders around and tells stories about anything and everything. This place is a waste of time

Walked in & stood, unacknowledged for five(5) minutes. When my boss kindly inquired about assistance, dude was quick to respond with a rude inflection.
I am very disappointed as a buisiness that I sat at the counter for 15 minutes and no one was there, people were working in the back but no one at the counter! Fortunately there is another Hydraulic hise buisiness close
