Employees here seam very stressed and on edge, and under paid by some conversations I overheard them talking about management. Don't like seeing this as a walk in customer.
Always have or order what I need.
Terrible customer service
The guy at the parts counter is unbelievably slow and from what I saw, hates his life. I would suggest anyone goto a different outlet or a competitor unless you enjoy watching a guy stroll around. Hard to believe but it has gotten worse here, 45 minutes waiting behind the 1 customer as the salesmen wanders around and tells stories about anything and everything. This place is a waste of time
