Our truck broke down on I 57. Called Ed Holsapple towing and he brought us to Ritters. Mr Ritter was so helpful to us! Diagnosed our problem, helped us get a rental car (we were on the way to an out of state funeral) and had the truck fixed by the time we came back 4 days later. We cannot say enough good things about this shop. They went out of their way to help us and it is so very much appreciated!! Thank you!
I discovered I had a leak in rear tire, was losing air fast. I was in my work truck, about 80 miles from home. I found Ritters auto service. They pulled my truck right in and fixed tire. They saved my work day. Thank you! Great service and people!
Highly recommend Greg and team. Greg and team has always gone the extra step to identify the root issue. I have a lot of import cars (VW, BMW, and Audi) and Greg’s team has always stepped up and faced an issue head on.
