My only complaint and I really hate to complain but I have been dealing with it for years is.... I hate having to come here for any of my lumber because the lumber yard employees seem to lack knowledge in product location, properly loading a vehicle and the importance of the customers time.
Bought this from Ritter lumber Nederland tx they are dealer for Stihl dealer it have talk me into buy stihl oil with it and told me it have 4 years warranty, Let me tell you I use this around my house so there is no commercial use, so I hardly use this few time 10 days ago while using it make metal grinding sound and stop I bring to Ritter lumber where o bought this after holding for 10 days they said it can’t be fix and they can’t cover under warranty and try other stihl dealers, first off all very bad customer service I ta... read more
