So today, I went in to pick up my first load of materials for a remodel I'm doing on my family home. It was the first time I was using an account that I set up a couple of months ago. And everything went off without a single issue. The customer service staff was great. They were very helpful and professional. This opinion also extends to the yard team, the guys in the yard were also very helpful and polite. Great job Ritter Lumber.
I had the worst experience with Ritter Lumber trying to get my weed eater repaired. They used to have an awesome repair guy who got the work done quickly and that's why I was a repeat customer. They had my weed eater for 2 weeks and never contacted me about anything. They never checked the spark arrestor screen and figured it needed a new carburetor.
