On my first visit, she asked me what was going on, and when I attempted to answer, she interrupted me and told me that my stories didn’t work for her. That was during her brisk phase. She moved from there to flat out rude. And in the end canceled a medical infusion because she insisted I have an in person appointment prior to it. I called the office to schedule it twice and never got a call back so did not feel like that was my fault but rather hers. Clearly, we did not hit it off, and I would never go back to her

I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Ritter. She was very thorough, listened to everything I had to say, and gave feedback to me on everything we spoke about. She spent a good hour with me - unlike any other doctor I've gone to. I'm looking forward to my second visit with her.

She is an extremely thorough excellent physician. She takes whatever time you need to have your questions answered. Highly recommend her.

Clearly knows her area of expertise but does not think outside the box in terms of determining source of pain. Does not always listen to the information she is being told. She is probably great if you have Rheumatoid arthritis, but not a first choice for helping with other forms of arthritis.
