My family has been going to Dr. Ritter for years. Not only do we find his office clean the whole staff is highly professional. The dental hygienists are gentle yet thorough. They are Great with young children!! Definitely would recommend to others
Who ever responds to these reviews is just writing what they want others reading these to believe. I was 100% NEVER TOLD I HAD TO PAY $2500.00 IN ADVANCE! NEVER! No one told me, or asked me to sing something proving that they told me, like my current dentist does. I don't know why you are responding to our reviews with lies. This dentist was wonderful 15 years ago when he was in his old office on Broadway in Massapequa. Once his practice got bigger and he had enough patients, the whole practice changed for the worse. From not giving proper cleanings to unnecessary root canals ending in infection. I used to love and trust this dentist and now I know he does not care about his patients only the money they can give him. On my first visit they did a procedure where they stick needles in your gums….next to each tooth, top and bottom. They did nothing for the pain and I was vibrating and jerking in pain out of the chair. Dentist said, “sorry my friend”. They care nothing about you being in pain.
Just got done with a root canal and crown at Dr.Ritters office. What a great experience!! I didn’t feel a thing and the crown looks so natural. Everyone was very professional . The nurses at the front desk were very accommodating as far as appointments and the were also able to move my daughters cleaning appt up so she could travel back to college with her friends and not travel alone!!! 5 STARS
