Just got done with a root canal and crown at Dr.Ritters office. What a great experience!! I didn’t feel a thing and the crown looks so natural. Everyone was very professional . The nurses at the front desk were very accommodating as far as appointments and the were also able to move my daughters cleaning appt up so she could travel back to college with her friends and not travel alone!!! 5 STARS
I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at a dentist before! My past experiences with dentists have been frustrating and painful. I felt that dentists were with me for a minute before moving onto the next patient. Me and my kids were always scared of the dentist (isn’t everybody?) Yet, Dr Ritter always explains procedures clearly and makes me and my children feel heard and comfortable. He really gives you time to express your concerns, and discuss your pain. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ritter and the entire team at this dental office. From the moment you walk in, Margaret at the front desk makes you feel genuinely welcome. My family & I needed a new dentist that we could trust to be honest, thorough, gentle & kind, after our prior dentist retired. After a few false starts with others, we finally found Dr. Ritter & his team. He is everything i mentioned & more. They take our insurance, patiently work with us to find appointments to fit our crazy schedules, & they don't hound us to buy products or get unnecessary procedures. The office is clean & I enjoy the tv's in each room. I highly recommend him.
