Had the worst experience here today. I have been a patient of Dr Ritter for over 15 years. I came in today for my bi annual cleaning. I explained I did not want x-rays because I have thyroid nodules that I have to be very careful of with radiation (5 biopsies in 5 years is not fun, so I will be taking every precaution very seriously). She said she had to tell the doctor. He came in and dismissed my concerns asking if my doctor told me I can’t have x-rays.
