I've been a patient here since he opened the first office in massapequa. Once the new office opened and there were other dentists on staff, I never knew who I would be seeing, and there were many. Soon After my last visit, coincidentally a tooth on the other side cracked. I called to explain and was given an appointment. A day or two before the appointment his staff sent me a treatment plan for seventeen hundred dollars, which would have been fine except for the fact that the treatment plan showed the wrong tooth. I had my cleaning and check up, it was really amazing,Dr Ritter took his time to explain my treatment plan.The front desk are amazing very clean place. Definitely I will recommend family and friends.
My husband and I had our first time appointments today at Ritter Dental. Changing practices is not easy, but Dr Ritter and his whole staff eased my fears…the staff was so pleasant, and Dr Ritter is not only pleasant, and patient friendly, but for us, a caring, professional dentist. Dr. Ritter and his entire team are the single most amazing dental team I've ever met. The office is friendly and the staff is so experienced. Dr. Ritter is thoughtful in his approach, thorough in his treatment and precise with his execution. I felt truly blessed to have him on the case to treat my toothache. Top notch all the way around. PLUS he's open on Sundays! Dr. Ritter is a legend.....period.
First couple of visits were great. He seemed to be a competent and compassionate Dentist. I needed two Root Canals. He did two in one sitting. Huh?? This itself should've been a red flag. I found that unbelievable, but went with it because I was writhing in pain. The procedure went well and was reasonably painless. Came back weeks later got two Posts and Crowns installed.
