I had a very bad experience with Ritter Automotive. My car was with them for over 5 months, yes it was a big job but it should not have taken so long. Communication was very poor with virtually every interaction initiated by me, including dropping in twice to try and get more details. The cost was significantly more than the estimate(not for the additional work) at around 20%.
