Great service! Quality work. Tim is comfortable sharing his expertise. Something that is rare today.
Love working with Tim and family. They do a great job. Its also awesome that they are open on Saturday.
At 1st when Tim did the work it was great but then he let boys work on his customers cars and that's when things went bad, I had a radiator changed and while waiting on a new one they pushed my car in and put a big dent in the trunk lid,he offered to fix it but you will see 3 pictures and the last one of the trunk is all he will do to fix it and it's not right also other pictures of missing hood prop rod clip and other dents on customers cars from the hoist be sure to zoom in to see dents being made, he claims to be a Godly ... read more
I was traveling home to Virginia when my car threw a flashing check engine light. I called several other repair shops in the area which did not answer or weren’t available. I then decided to check google further and decided to call Ritter and Sons and without a hesitation they told me to bring it by. Within an hour my car was diagnosed and fixed!
