Receptionists, hygienists, doctors are all very kind and accommodating. I’ve been very happy with the care I receive here!
Amazing. Staff is awesome.
Dr. Pesis is the best! He goes above and beyond to make sure my treatment plan is appropriate and makes sure I’m comfortable. He has a very approachable personality as well and you can always ask questions. The whole team is so kind, helpful and super professional. A hygienist (I can’t remember her name) gave me the anesthesia once and I barely felt the needle! I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend this office!
The good: The front office staff at Rittenhouse were responsive and accommodating, and the office space and technology was modern (night guard scan was way more straightforward than my experiences at other dentists). The dentists and the technicians themselves were fine - no complaints. The bad: this practice abruptly stopped taking our insurance, despite still being listed as an in network provider on insurers web page. We were not notified until showing up for an appointment.
