Staff is exceptional
The staff and the dentist I was working with (no longer there) were all friendly and kind. Unfortunately, I am giving them 2 stars because of lack of communication with me regarding a delicate medical situation and poor follow up through out.
As someone who is anxious about the dentist, I am very grateful to have worked with Betty on finalizing my invisalign treatment and putting in my permanent retainer. Betty talked me through each step in detail so that I understood why we were doing something and new what to expect. I really enjoyed and appreiated working with Betty. Additionally, Cat, who was my dental assistant numerous times was incredible - very friendly and always helpful. Rittenhouse Dentists has been a wonderful experience. Betty and Mary Kate made me feel comfortable the entire time and were sympathetic to my concerns. Dr. Abdulla was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them all. They are the best!
