I have been a patient of Dr. Rittberg for two years, but my recent experience with this practice has been deeply concerning. During my physical, I mentioned experiencing persistent congestion. Without further evaluation or discussion, Dr. Rittberg referred me to their in-house allergy test, administered by their nurse, Scott. I've been a patient of Dr. Rittberg's for about 7 years now and she has been nothing but helpful, understanding, and compassionate. She has supported me through some of the most challenging times in my life and is a very thorough and trustworthy physician. I recommend any of my family members/friends to go to her. She puts you at ease and I would not go to anyone else for care!
HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE......Confirmed with office staff MULTIPLE TIMES what insurance I had. Long story short, the first time they sent me right to their "on site" lab thru quest diagnostics, and had my work done. When I came back for follow up, and one more test, the nurse said oh with your insurance you need to go to labcorp not quest.
