We couldn't be happier with the service at Ritner's. Everyone there is so kind. We had our above ground pool installed in October 2023. This is our first experience with owning a pool and Buck, Cindy and the crew have been so patient with us. We have called many times with questions and they have always been very kind.
Horrible experience. Had Rittner deliver 3,300 gallons of water. Driver assured us it was city chlorinated water. You can see the little bit of water we had in the pool from our well before their delivery. Within an hour after driver left our water turned brown. Contacted driver and he said it was our water which is odd since we've never had a problem with our 600 gallon hot tub and we have an advance Culligan system, an inline water filter and a hose water filter. You be the judge.

Always so kind to us. Doesn't matter if it is the owner or an employee we are treated with respect and kindness. Some things we have to order online due to being on a budget but we get 90% of our chemicals here and they are the only ones we have service our pool. Getting a new liner this year and honestly it is going to cost less than I thought for our 28,000+ gallon pool.
