I love Dr. Chea. She doesn't over prescribe medication and she stresses the importance of a healthy diet and exercise. I appreciate that she waits to see if conditions will get better with lifestyle changes. However, if you can't commit to lifestyles changes, she will prescribe the necessary medications. Dr. Chea is thorough, knowledgeable, and refreshingly direct. If you’re looking for a provider who takes the time to understand your needs and empowers you to take charge of your health, she’s an excellent choice.
My mother takes my elderly aunt and uncle to this doctor and she told doctor Chea that she had felt like she had a blood clot in her leg. Doctor Chea asked her: How do you feel now?Aunt: She said I feel fine. Doctor Chea: you feel like you need to go to the hospital? My auntie said no. But she still could have recommended for her to have the Blood clot checked a week or 2 later. The result is she had a stroke and doctor Chea did not acknowledge anything.
