First thing to know is we paint by hand, no sprayer used!!! I have over 40 yrs, experience, in Construction. We work all over Washington State, I give to our Veterans, and seniors. We scape, caulk, and prime all surface's. Make repairs, replace when needed. Depending on surface on house sanding is a must. Prime and paint base usually 2 coats, paint trim.
